Dr. Sanguan is a globally respected plastic surgeon known for his willingness to tackle complex and challenging cases. He specialises in breast aesthetic surgeries, including augmentation, lifts, reductions, and revisions. As a pioneer in male-to-female gender reassignment surgery in Thailand, Dr. Sanguan has gained a global following.
He has held prominent positions, including Vice President of the Society of Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand and Secretary General of the Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons of Thailand. Internationally, he serves on the Educational Council of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
At the Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute (PPSI), Dr. Sanguan is the Director and RM Surgical Committee member, dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction and mentoring young surgeons through the PPSI fellowship program. Outside of his medical career, he is an active Rotarian, having served as a District Governor, and often hosts exchange students in Phuket.
